Please call if you have any questions.  We are in the process of adding more insurance plans; feel free to check with us about any plans you don't see listed here.

I'm not able to pay the full fee, would you still be able to see me?

Please ask our office if you would like to be considered for a sliding scale fee. We can discuss your situation individually and try to arrange a fee that would work for your circumstances.

How often will I have an appointment?

This varies by patient. If a patient is working through a difficult issue, he or she might have 2 appointments per week. Many patients only see us once per week. This will be based on individual need and agreed upon between therapist and client.

If I am your client/patient, is what we talk about private?

Yes. We operate under Federal Privacy Practices and your information is protected with the exception of a possible need to report any self harm, risk of harm to others or a court order.

What if I can’t come to a scheduled appointment?

Please contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment as that time was specifically set aside for you.

What do I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your insurance card if you have one and your ID. Please arrive at the office 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to sign in and fill out new patient forms.

If you would prefer to print and complete forms before arriving, please download a copy from our website link here: Client Forms
